The North Star of Verified Status
Know which green programs are really red.
Tarivra checks every status your teams report against what Jira, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow actually show, briefs you with the evidence, and turns your decisions into tracked action.
- Read-only connections
- Every sentence cited
- Role-based access
- Audit log nobody can edit
The watermelon problem
Green on the outside. Red on the inside.
Most portfolios do not fail suddenly. They fail quietly, behind a status that stayed Green while the work underneath said otherwise.
Status is self-reported
A program is Green because someone said so. By the time the data says Red, the date has already slipped.
The evidence is in three tools
Engineering works in Jira, another team in Azure DevOps, IT in ServiceNow. Nobody at the top sees all three at once.
Decisions vanish after the meeting
Leadership decides, someone takes notes, and nobody can say a month later whether it was done, by whom, or on time.
How it works
Three sources of truth. One verified status.
Tarivra connects to the tools your teams already use and reads the work itself, so the status you see is the status the data supports.
- JiraEpics, stories, sprints and dates
- Azure DevOpsEpics, work items and iterations
- ServiceNowEpics, stories and change records
Tarivra verifies
Epics labelled tarivra-program, read every 15 minutes, read-only
- Progress and blocked work
- Scope added late
- Target dates moved
- Changes and incidents
- Status reported vs. evidence
- Integrity scoreReported status checked against the data
- Executive briefWeekly, cited, by email and chat
- Decision ledgerWritten back to the team's tool, tracked to done
- 01
Label the Epic
A team adds the tarivra-program label to its Epic in Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow. That is the whole setup for a program: no new forms, no new meetings.
- 02
Tarivra reads the work
Every 15 minutes Tarivra reads the Epic and the work under it, read-only: progress, blocked items, scope added late, target dates moved, changes in ServiceNow.
- 03
Reported status meets the data
What the team reports is checked against what the work shows. Each program gets an integrity score, and a status that does not match its data is flagged with the items behind it.
- 04
Executives get the brief
A weekly brief by email, Slack, Teams or Google Chat: what needs attention, in plain sentences, each one citing the records it rests on. Unsupported sentences are withheld.
- 05
Decisions become action
Record what leadership decided, with an owner and a due date. Tarivra creates the item in the team's own tool and tracks it until it is done, on time or late.
For executives and decision makers
Lead from evidence, not from optimism.
Tarivra gives the people accountable for a portfolio a view they can trust, and a record of what they decided.
See trouble weeks earlier
Find the program reported Green whose data says Red, while there is still time to act.
A five-minute Monday
One brief replaces the status meeting round-trip: the few things that need you, with the evidence one click away.
Decisions that stick
Every decision has an owner, a due date and a record in Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow, so follow-through is visible.
Know who keeps promises
Every target date is recorded each time it moves, so you see which programs keep their dates and which keep slipping.
Nothing new for teams
Teams keep working in the tools they already use. Tarivra reads, it does not ask for another update.
Ready for audit
Every status, sign-off, decision and access change is recorded with who and when, in a log nobody can edit.
What you get
One place for status, evidence and decisions.
Everything an executive needs on one dark, quiet screen, and nothing that needs a training course.
- Portfolio integrity
- Every program's reported status beside the status its data shows, with a score out of 100.
- Needs your attention
- The five things to look at first, ranked, with your own programs and decisions on top.
- What changed
- Everything that moved since you last looked: statuses, scores, dates and decisions.
- Promised dates
- Each target date as first promised and every move since, with dates kept versus missed.
- Decision ledger
- Open, overdue and done decisions across programs, written back to the team's tool.
- Executive brief
- Weekly, cited and verified, by email with a PDF or in Slack, Teams or Google Chat.
Roles and access
Everyone sees what their role allows. Nothing more.
Access works like Jira's: roles for your organization, roles on each program, and restricted programs for sensitive work. Signing up gives no access until your admin approves it.
Viewer
Reads every open program, decision and brief.
Program owner
Signs off status and closes decisions on their programs.
Executive
Records decisions and turns them into tracked action.
Auditor
Reads everything, including the full audit log; changes nothing.
Admin
Manages roles, restricted programs and brief delivery.
Security and compliance
Built for the questions your security team will ask.
Least privilege, separation of duties and a complete audit trail, designed around the access controls SOC 2 reviews.
Read-only by default
Tarivra's accounts in your tools only read, except to create the decision items you choose to send.
Single sign-on
Sign in with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google or Microsoft through WorkOS. Tarivra keeps no passwords.
Roles, not individuals
Access follows groups in your identity provider, so joiners get in and leavers lose access automatically.
Restricted programs
Sensitive programs are seen only by the people listed on them, in the dashboard and in every brief.
Separation of duties
Auditors review everything and change nothing. Nobody, admins included, can edit the audit log.
Quarterly access review
One download lists every role, restricted program, subscriber and access request for sign-off.
Start a pilot
See your own portfolio, verified, in a week.
Pick a handful of programs. We connect read-only to your Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow, your teams label their Epics, and your executives get their first verified brief.
- Day 1Connect read-only accounts and sign in with your company's single sign-on.
- Week 1Teams label their Epics; your executives get the first verified brief.
- Week 4Review integrity scores, decisions followed through and promises kept.
Questions
What executives ask first.
Do our teams have to change how they work?
No. Each program is an Epic your team already has, with one label added. Tarivra reads what is there; teams keep their own tools and rituals.
Which tools does it work with?
Jira Cloud, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, in any mix. One program can draw on more than one, and decisions go back to whichever tool the program lives in.
Can it get things wrong?
Every statement in the brief cites the records it is based on, and a sentence the evidence does not support is withheld rather than sent. Program owners still sign off their status.
Who sees what?
Access follows roles you control: Viewer, Program owner, Executive, Auditor and Admin, plus restricted programs for sensitive work. Registering gives no access until an admin approves it.
How long does a pilot take to set up?
Usually a day: connect read-only accounts, label the Epics of the programs you want covered, and invite the people who should see them.
